Expected a 100% Certification Voucher from the GitHub Student Developer Pack, Received a 50% Voucher

Hi MongoDB Team,

I recently completed the MongoDB PHP Certification Learning Path and my GitHub Student Developer Pack is active and linked to my MongoDB account.

Based on the GitHub Student Developer Pack benefit, I was expecting to receive a 100% certification voucher upon completing the required learning path. However, I only received a 50% certification voucher.

Could you please verify whether my GitHub Student status has been correctly recognized on my MongoDB account and confirm if I am eligible for the 100% certification voucher? If there are any additional steps required to claim the student benefit, please let me know.

It may be worth contacting MongoDB Certification Support directly, since the voucher percentage can depend on how the student benefit is linked to your account. Provide proof of your active GitHub Student Developer Pack and ask them to verify your eligibility for the 100% voucher.
