I had to share my recent MongoDB exam experience because it was a rollercoaster ride with Examinty, and not the fun kind…
So, picture this: It’s exam day, and I’m all pumped up to prove my MongoDB prowess. I log into Examinty as instructed, thinking it’s gonna be a breeze. Well, hold on to your hats, because here’s what went down:
-
My “Super-Fast Turtle” Wi-Fi: According to Examinty, my Wi-Fi was slower than a snail on a lazy Sunday. But, surprise! My Wi-Fi was doing just fine. I binge-watched Netflix, Attended online meeting, and played videogames on it the night before without a hitch.
-
Waiting Game: I waited and waited…and waited some more. For about 1.5 hours, I twiddled my thumbs while Examinty tried to connect me with the exam proctor. Finally, they hit me with a “Sorry, we can’t make this happen because you’re being “disconnected”. Contact MongoDB.” after making me waste all this time.
-
ID Photo Fumble: Oh, and let’s not forget the epic fail with the photo ID upload feature. I tried again and again to upload my ID, but Examinty just wouldn’t have it. Had to MacGyver my way through it.
So, why am I venting here? Well. I want us to chat about these issues because I can’t be the only one (and ik im not after reading some posts here) who’s been through this Examinty circus. MongoDB and Examinty, if you’re listening, we’ve got to fix this. Our certification process deserves better.
I’ve reached out to MongoDB to get my exam rescheduled and to let them know about these Examinty hiccups. Fingers crossed they take it seriously and make things smoother for all of us.
In the meantime, Feel free to drop your own Examinty dramas below.
