Error while trying to connect Database using MongoDB Shell connection string

Hi, I am facing the below error message while trying to connect the Database using MongoDb Shell connection string on my command line. Please can anyone help me with this error? Or explain where I went wrong?

Also, a similar error message is displayed when I try to connect the database using the MongoDB compass

The current version of mongosh is 1.10.5 or later. You might try upgrading.
