If building with Terraform and AWS then the message is as I got above.
Error: error creating MongoDB Cluster: (request “OUT_OF_CAPACITY”) The requested region is currently out of capacity for the requested instance size.
I have only seen this issue once myself but then I have not recently deployed any MongoDB clusters. The issue did resolve after about 20 minutes for me.
I should specify I was using CDK
