Documentation Scrolling in Safari 12

As of late, the documentation for MongoDB Realm is not working correctly in Safari. It seems to occur on all of the documentation pages like this one

macOS 10.14.6
Safari 12.1.2

The issue is when attempting to scroll down the page, either with a mouse wheel, or dragging the scroll thumb, the documentation keeps jumping to the top of the page and will not scroll.

The issue was duplicated on multiple Macs with the same config.

It works correctly in Firefox.

@Elle_Shwer Any word as the crazy scrolling issue makes using the docs VERY difficult.
