Delete Register in Mongo

I try to delete register but i used this command deleteMany({“fechaultimoevento”:{$lt : new Date (“14/02/2021 00:00:00”)}, and don`t work

I saw the register the field, have this format:
fechaultimoevento:2023-03-23T03:05:26.000+00:00

I try with that format of date and don´t work, and i don´t know how change the format beacuse i use the new Date.

How can give me any advise?

And i need the query to consult (select) i check this register exist really
