Database shows "Status: Degraded"

Hi,

the status of my database deployment shows “Status: Degraded”. In further research, the primary node also has a warning icon, but no more information is provided. I am not able to access the collections neither have I backups of my database. As far as I know, none of my coworkers has changed the configurations. How can I fix this? Is this an error on our side, or on side of Atlas? Ironically, the system status shows “All Good”.

We get the same error and I don’t understand what does it mean. Is there anyone else having the same issue

I’d suggest to chat directly with the support in the bottom right corner. Before that, double check the project activity feed in the top right corner to see what is really happening.
