Hi I.m using Jammy (22.04.2 LTS) OS and whenever I’m trying to execute mongosh or mongod command i’m getting core-dumped error. Several times tried reinstalling the packages but still the issue persists. Can anyone help in fixing this.
ILL means illegal instructions
Check whether mongodb you are installing is supported or not on the OS
Check pre installation checks,compatibility matrix,cpu microarchitecture requirements etc
used https://repo.mongodb.com/apt/ubuntu/dists/jammy/mongodb-enterprise/7.0/multiverse/binary-amd64/mongodb-mongosh_1.9.1_amd64.deb this package after uninstalling mongodb following How To Uninstall MongoDB | MongoDB | MongoDB page. Seems issue is fixed as of now.
