Compass when connecting to Cluster

Hello,
I am trying to connect to my Database Cluster(Compass when connecting to Cluster), but I get the following error:
“connect ETIMEDOUT 52.206.44.20:27017”
Please see screenshot below. Any ideas how to fix this?

Can you connect by shell?
What connect string you have used in your Compass?

Same issue happening with me. When I try to connect to cluster it does not connects and show the message “connect ETIMEDOUT 13.234.235.198:27017”

Somehow when I changed the internet connection it worked. That means the openDNS is causing the problem.
