Compass Error: Cannot determine the file type on csv

When selecting a csv file to import I get a Message “Error: Cannot determine the file type” in the pop-up. The import-button is inactive. Also instead of the file name, it shows "select a file… ". what I just did.

It is UTF-8 encoded (as it should be?). I am unsure what else to check. It is an export from Excell.

Any suggestions what to do?

I figured it out. The table must have a header before being exported.
