Clusters paused for projects in this organization

I missed the bill which was sent to me by emails.
Although I have downgraded my plan to basic which is free, I was charged for a month and I was not aware of it.
So, because of payment failure I lost my connection to mongoDB and the last row in my Activity Feed is “Clusters paused for projects in this organization”.
I am wondering if I pay the bill, will my Clusters be running again.

I would recommend contacting the Atlas support team to discuss the payment of your outstanding invoice(s) and resuming your cluster(s).
