No confirmation email is triggered at the moment when you RSVP. We are working on it. However, a confirmation/reminder email would be sent out to you a couple of days before the event with all the details.
We want to make sure everyone has a fantastic time, so please arrive on time at 10:30 AM to ensure you donât miss any of the sessions, and we can all have some time to chat before the talks begin.
There are a few essential things to keep in mind:
The event is on the 6th floor. Please follow the directions to the elevator and come to the 6th floor.
Please donât forget to bring one of your Personal Identification Documents (Government issued IDs or Company ID cards will work), which youâll need to present at the security to access the building.
Please stay within the designated event premises and maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere throughout the office. We also kindly request that you throw away any used plates and cans to keep the space clean.
