Chart tab doesn't work"shown white page"

when I click on chart tab to do visuilzation, nothing shown on page, it is just a white page. by the way I used diffrent browsers chrome ,explore,firefox. same problem

This has been fixed. All your dashboards should be working now.

Hi, @MaBeuLux88 the same thing is happening to me, when I click on chart tab it says “Could not load instance. Please try again”.

Oops I’m just discovering this post today.
Looks like a completely different problem. I hope your issue was fixed in the meantime.
