I cleared my MongoDB DBA exam on 24th February, 2025. But i didn’t receive my certificate yet. I have mailed several times on certification@mongodb still I am not getting any proper help. On my dashboard it is showing claim batch but when i am clicking it , it redirects me to credly page where it is saying batch unverified contact the issuer. Kindly help me through this.
