Certificate for my completed course

Hi MongoDB team,

I completed the following courses on MongoDB University:

  • Relational to Document Model
  • Advanced Schema Patterns and Antipatterns

I finished both 100%, but there’s no Proof of Completion certificate available on the dashboard or transcript. I only received a Credly badge.

I’ve checked the Certificates and Transcript tabs and also tried using different browsers. Nothing shows up. I also tried emailing support and accessing old platform links, but none worked.

Could someone please help me retrieve the certificates or escalate the issue?

Those course are for skill badges which you achieved(congratulations).

Certifications require more in depth study and practice, the skill badges will also help in this regard. The currently available certifications are on the Certification Program page.
