Cannot upgrade MongoDB Atlas

Hey community!

I cannot upgrade my MongoDB Atlas cluster 4.2 to 4.4, I get the message “We’re sorry, an unexpected error has occurred” with a 500 error code. No other error messages appear and at the top header I see the message “We are deploying your changes (current action: configuring MongoDB)”, but nothing happens.

Any ideas?

I’m running M10, in GCP Frankfurt

This may be one that only MongoDB support can help with. Open a support case/chat with them.

Hi @chris, thanks for your reply, I had to increase storage to be able to upgrade, sadly there was no error message indicating that.
