Cannot connect to MongoDb Cluster after autoscaling

After cloning a database in my cluster, the whole cluster went on auto scaling due to limited disk space. After autoscaling finished, cluster cannot be accepted (more thans 6 hours passed now) and the collections inside the database a are not showing.

To my grate ashtonishement mongo db support ils not availble on my plan

Can I ask you to go to:

  1. mongodb.com
  2. Click the green bubble in the right hand corner
  3. Start a chat by selecting “Send us a message”
  4. Select “I am a customer, and I need help” to speak with Support.
