Can not connect to my cluster

Hello i’m getting this error while connecting to the cluster.
MongoDB server version: 4.0.10
WARNING: shell and server versions do not match
Error while trying to show server startup warnings: user is not allowed to do action [getLog] on [admin.]

Please what can i do?
I can’t upgrade to mongo shell version 4 on my mac os 10.10.5/

I think you are already connected to mongodb
You can ignore those warning messages and continue with your work
