Can my student pack credit voucher be regenerated?

It seems like my voucher has expired unfortunately. I have not used the credits before, so not sure what the issue is.

Whether a student pack credit voucher can be regenerated depends on the platform or program that issued it, but in most cases, regeneration is not allowed.

Generally, student pack vouchers are one-time benefits provided for a fixed validity period. Once a voucher is redeemed, expired, or fully used, it cannot be regenerated or reissued in the same form. This policy is common across popular student programs such as developer packs, cloud credits, software subscriptions, and educational discounts. These vouchers are designed to give students initial access rather than recurring credits.

However, many student programs allow renewal or reapplication if you are still eligible. For example, if your student status is valid, you may be able to reapply for the student pack and receive new benefits, though these are not the same as regenerating the original voucher. Approval usually depends on current eligibility, institutional verification, and the program’s renewal rules.

In some cases, if a voucher was not used due to a technical issue, you may contact the platform’s support team. While regeneration is rare, support teams may review the case and provide guidance or alternatives.
