Can MongoDB handle this kind of demand?

Hello. I am searching for the best technology to do what I want to do. And I’d like to know if MongoDB is a viable option?
Here’s the situation: about a couple of years ago I created a QMS Access DB that’s running a fairly large company. It handles orders that come in, the type of order it is, material inspection, the processing of the job, random measurements (within the tolerance set), a 3rd party optional process, final inspection, and shipping.
What I would like to do with this is to create an online version of this to offer to multiple clients. Is this something that MongoDB can handle?
