I was directed here by the chat support. Can the paid tiers of Atlas MongoDB hosting be run with javascriptEnabled :true?
Please review the Cluster additional settings documentation. I believe the option can be configured from the below menu when configuring settings for your cluster:

This is not possible to do on the M0 cluster:
I would recommend looking at the list of limitations for other restrictions on the M0 tier.
