Hello, I took the assessment and passed it two times with percentage above 80 as required, but the completion percentage is still 0%. I have the exam results in my email but have not received the badge since the progress is 0%. Please help

You might need to refresh your profile or have the results synced manually. Try logging out/in and clearing cache first, then contact the support team with your emailed results so they can update the record.
