Big disk IO (write) regression (×8) when setting fCV to 4.4 in 4.4.18

Hi Team,

We have implemented recommendations provided in the ticket “https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-71503”

We just wanted to know if there is any other impact if we disable above flag (we found that high CPU issue resolved but dont know if it will impact any other performance param or not ).

Any response will be highly appreciated.
