App experiencing timeout with query Router and Primary shard primary is unresponsive

Hi All,

We are experiencing timeout from app to query router servers. When we checked our primary shards primary was unresponsive .Mongo process is running but db is not connecting on that node.A secondary node has picked up as primary within 40 sec and the actual primary was restarted in 40 mins .
Though the failover happend in 40 sec app is still giving timeouts unless the actual primary is restartd.

There was an error in the primary node whihc went down

This error was stopped post restart. Does this relates to any bug related issue or is it an actual issue an app timeouts were also stopped.Can someone help us with this on Priority.

mongodb version : 4.4.7 community version.

@all This issue is been quite frequent now a days in our system,
Can we get any Mongodb certified professional who can help us with consultation to get this addresses.

Current version is 4.4.7

We are in priority to handle this asap .Hence request someone to guide.
