ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing the new Atlas Data Explorer!

:mega: I’m excited to share that we’ve launched the Public Preview of the new Atlas Data Explorer! :rocket:

This release brings the features that users love from Compass, the desktop application, directly into the Atlas UI.

With the new Data Explorer, you can now:

  1. Query data and write aggregations using natural language
  2. View the output of the Explain command for queries and aggregations
  3. Explore data across all clusters in their project in the same window
  4. Perform bulk updates and deletes
  5. Export queries and aggregations to programming languages

You can opt into the new experience by toggling it on in the current Data Explorer UI or in Atlas Project Settings.
