I had an old organization with its cluster and populated data, when I want to come back, I get this error
“{ message: “Error Occurred” }” and there is no traces of the database, how can I know why it was deleted, when, etc.? Thank you.
I believe contacting the Atlas support team via the in-app chat may be better for this particular question.
In saying so, only a user with the Organization Owner
role can delete an Org (in which they have this role for).
