I have some credits in my account and I upgrade my cluster to M10.
So, my question is I will be charged through my payment method or the credits.

Once you have applied credits to an Atlas org, any non-expired credits will be used to reduce your bill before any charges to your payment method on file.
The credits in your screenshot have a 1 year expiry, so should be consumed before August 20, 2022.
