It can sometimes take a bit of time for the voucher to be issued, especially if there’s a verification step involved on the backend. Make sure you’ve completed all the required modules and eligibility criteria under the MongoDB for Students program, as partial completion can delay it. Also check your spam/junk folder since these emails occasionally land there. If everything looks correct on your end, it’s best to raise a ticket through the MongoDB support or learning portal with your registered email so they can manually verify and resend the voucher if needed.
