Change the Ratio

MongoDB is committed to creating opportunities for members of underrepresented groups in technology.

Diversity Scholarship

MongoDB is dedicated to changing the ratio in technology. We invite underrepresented groups in technology to attend our multi-day conferences, participate in workshops, get certified, and receive mentorship.

Mentorship Events

The Mentorship event series provides insight and guidance to students (middle school through community college) interested in Computer Science, and helps prepare the next diverse generation of leaders in tech. The events feature an office tour, an introduction to MongoDB, a panel discussion, and breakout groups in which the students can network with MongoDB employees.

Interested in having your organization attend? Contact us.

Female Innovators

To help close the gender gap in technology, Female Innovators are invited to nominate themselves or others for a complimentary pass to our conferences.

Women and Trans Coders Lounge

The Women and Trans Coders Lounge at MongoDB World aims to amplify the voices of non-binary people, women, and trans people of all genders within our engineering community. The space features sessions, round-table discussions, networking, and social events.

Partnerships

MongoDB supports nonprofits that educate and inspire their communities. We’ve partnered with many organizations, including Code/Interactive, Black Girls Code, Center on Halsted, Girls Who Code, YearUp, and more. MongoDB is also a Diversity & Inclusion sponsor of Redmonk’s annual event, Monktoberfest.
