Diversity Scholarship

MongoDB’s Scholarship program seeks to support members of groups who are underrepresented in the technology industry. This includes Black, LatinX, women, people with disabilities, people from low-income backgrounds, and individuals from the LGBTQ community.

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18+ years old, and must belong to a group that is underrepresented in the technology industry.

Deadline

The deadline to apply is April 19.

BENEFITS

Diversity Scholarship recipients receive:

  • Complimentary admission to MongoDB World
  • Invitation to a lunch session with other Scholars
  • A dual MongoDB certification voucher for the developer and DBA exams
  • Six-month access to on-demand MongoDB University courses
  • Lifelong membership in the online MongoDB Diversity Scholars community
  • A feature in a blog post

Innovator Scholarship

MongoDB is committed to changing the ratio in technology. We’re excited to offer the Innovators program, now in its fourth year, to make MongoDB World more accessible for people who identify as women in technology.

Fill out the form below to nominate a woman who works or aspires to work in tech and she could receive a complimentary pass to MongoDB World. You can also nominate yourself!

Eligibility

  • Nominees must be 18+ years old, and must identify as women. This includes cis, trans, genderqueer, and non-binary people who identify as women.
  • Can you nominate yourself? Absolutely!

Deadline

The deadline to submit a nomination for this opportunity is April 19.

Innovator Scholarship recipients receive:

  • A complimentary pass to attend MongoDB World
  • An invitation to lunch with guided discussion prompts
  • First dibs on RSVPing to the Goal Setting and Visualization Workshop hosted in the Women & Trans Coders Lounge, a space meant to amplify the voices of those who identify as women within our engineering community
