By plane

John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
Approximately 45–60 minutes to the NY Hilton Midtown via taxi, with no traffic. Approximately 1.5 hours to Hilton via Airtrain and subway.
La Guardia Airport (LGA)
Approximately 20–30 minutes to the NY Hilton Midtown with no traffic.
Newark International Airport (EWR)
Approximately 45 minutes to the NY Hilton Midtown, with no traffic. Tolls required.

By train

Long Island Railroad (LIRR), Amtrak, and New Jersey Transit
All arrive at Penn Station.

By car

Valet parking is available at the Hilton NY Midtown.
$55 standard; $67 SUV.
Entrances on 53rd & 54th Street between 6th & 7th Avenues.

By foot

The conference venue is near Times Square, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. It’s located on Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) between West 53rd and West 54th Streets. Grand Central station is 15 minutes across town, Penn Station is 15 minutes downtown, and Port Authority is 10 minutes downtown from the venue.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
To cancel your order, send your request to mongodb@executivevents.com. Full refunds will be granted through February 29, 2020 via the original payment method. 50% refunds will be granted through March 31, 2020. After March 31, 2020, refunds will no longer be granted. Event registration may be transferred to another participant.
Where will MongoDB World 2020 take place?
All conference activities take place at the Hilton Midtown, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10019, United States.
Will all the presentations be filmed?
We’ll record the keynotes and select sessions from the conference.
When will the presentation videos and session decks be posted?
Presentation slides and session videos will be available on explore.mongodb.com approximately two weeks after MongoDB World. All attendees will receive an email with a link to the presentations page.
Will there be a Mother's Room at the event?
Yes, there will be a Mother's Room. The location will be made available at the Help Desk at the event.
Is the Women & Trans Coders Lounge open to anyone?
Yes, during sessions and lunch, the Women & Trans Coders Lounge is open to all conference attendees.
