Novawise needed a flexible database that would allow managers to create custom, pre-defined conversation trees that enable the capture of complex and sensitive data. By replacing its legacy relational database system with MongoDB, Novawise improved the scalability and configurability of its solution. This functionality can be integrated with legacy systems, such as CRM, to enhance their flexibility.
