Sprinklr cut costs by more than 55% by migrating to MongoDB

Sprinklr helps some of the biggest companies in the world reach, listen to, and engage with their customers across more than 25 different channels, all from one unified platform.

Back in 2009, they started building their platform on a relational database, but quickly ran into issues. In 2013, they migrated over to MongoDB Enterprise Advanced and have been scaling with MongoDB as the core database ever since.
