Pentaho and 10gen announce data integration and business intelligence tools for MongoDB

We’re excited today to announce a partnership with Pentaho to bring Pentaho’s data integration and business intelligence capabilities to MongoDB users. With a set of connectors we’ve worked on jointly, you’ll now be able to use the Pentaho Business Analytics suite to analyze data in MongoDB. This rich tool set will help you quickly integrate MongoDB into your existing environments and leverage a comprehensive set of business intelligence capabilities.

If you’re an enterprise architect, you can use Pentaho’s scalable data integration framework to transform and load across MongoDB and other data stores in private data centers or in the cloud. If you are a developer, you will benefit from having graphical tooling for data integration and job management with MongoDB support, and if you are an analyst or data scientist you’ll have a set of tools that can analyze data across from MongoDB as well as other data sources

To get up and running, head over to Pentaho’s website where you will find how-to-guides on using the connectors

If you are attending MongoNYC, the Pentaho team will be there, and don’t forget to stop by James Dixon’s talk “Now how do I Report and Analyze against MongoDB” where he will walk you through using Pentaho with MongoDB

And next week, we’re holding a webinar, “Delivering World-Class Big Data Analytics with MongoDB and Pentaho” to demonstrate how to use MongoDB with Pentaho

We welcome your feedback in the MongoDB and Pentaho forums
