Mirka has worked in sales roles at various tech companies for the last 10 years, from tech giants LinkedIn and Slack to a small French startup called Algolia. She now leads the Nordics region as Regional Director for the Acquisition team at MongoDB.

Charlotte is currently an Account Development Representative at MongoDB. Previously, she worked at Microsoft as a Sales Specialist apprentice. She is very enthusiastic about advancing her professional career in tech sales, and she hopes to inspire others to do the same.
