You can find the following information in the Payment Details and the Usage Details sections of your invoices:

| Section | Contents |

| Payment Details | Lists [payment methods](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/billing.md#std-label-atlas-billing-methods), which may include Atlas credits from a prepaid or promotional [subscription](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/billing/subscriptions.md#std-label-activate-subscription), a monthly commitment subscription, a marketplace subscription, PayPal, or a credit card. For each payment method, lists: The Date when Atlas issued the charge.; The current [payment status.](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/billing/invoices.md#std-label-payment-statuses); The usage (the amount you have used).; The billed usage (the amount you are being billed for).; The total cost (the unit price multiplied by billed usage, plus tax).; The amount due.; The Action that you can click. Actions can be one of the following:PDF for downloading the PDF of the tax invoice that you receive by email. This PDF contains the charges for the specific payment in the invoice. ## Resource Tags on Invoices

You can use [resource tags](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/tags.md#std-label-configure-resource-tags) to help categorize your costs. Resource tags appear on invoice CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files. For each tag key, Atlas adds another column to your CSV file with the header `Tag/<your key>` and the cell value `<your value>`.

For instructions on downloading your invoice as a CSV file, see [Download Your Current Invoice.](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/billing/invoices.md#std-label-download-current-invoice)

To learn more about configuring resource tags for a deployment, see [Tags on Clusters.](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/database-deployment-tags.md#std-label-database-deployment-tags)

**Important:**

Resource tags that appear on invoice CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files and those returned from the Atlas Admin API reflect your configuration of resource tags at the moment the CSV is generated or the API is invoked.

Please be aware that if you reconfigure your resource tags within a billing cycle, your invoice reflects only the latest configuration of tags.

You can also get a list of resource tags for a deployment by retrieving deployment details with the Atlas [Admin API](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/api/atlas-admin-api-ref.md#std-label-atlas-admin-api-ref), or view your tags in the Atlas console.

## Troubleshoot Invoices and Payments

If a payment fails, try the following:

1. [Retry the failed payment.](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/billing.md#std-label-retry-failed-payment)

2. Ensure your [payment method](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/billing.md#std-label-payment-method) has sufficient funds and supports payments made in USD (United States Dollars).

3. Speak with your bank or credit card issuer to ensure your payment method is authorized to make transactions with MongoDB.

4. Use an alternative [payment method.](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/billing.md#std-label-payment-method)

5. [Request support](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/support.md#std-label-request-support) through the Atlas console.

**Note:**

If you pay with a credit card from a credit card issuer based in India, you must complete additional payment processing steps that comply with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations.

For more information, see [Payment Processing in India.](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/billing/international-usage.md#std-label-payment-processing-india)
