Why compass show me that i am not authorized for updating and deleting the document so how can i complete my practice in m001 and mongo shell also show the same reason!

That’s because this is the public Class cluster and you have read-only permissions. You need to use your private Sandbox cluster.

PS: The title of your thread can be shorter. You can describe the problem within the post instead of putting it in the title.
