I checked other posts like

but they don’t resolve my issue. Please advise.

I checked I had Virtual Box 6.0.24 installed. I uninstalled it and installed 6.0.14 per instructions but it’s still failing with the same error.

I am currently stuck. Any help is appreciated.

Make sure you have Hyper-V turned off in Windows and enable virtualization in the BIOS.

Are you using any VPN/anti virus.Try to disable and see
Did you try from another location? It could be due to proxy/firewall issues

Hi @Ronald_Shiou,

It could be a firewall/network-related issue or might be any temporary server-side issue.

If you are connected to any Corporate Network/ VPN Network then please try to change your network and see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks,
