URGENT: My Production account is suspended

Due to failed payment attempts my account is suspended and this has affected all users in production.
Now i have registered a new credit card. But still the account is suspended. There is no option to manually retry the failed payments.
Please help me getting my account.

Looking at the in-app support there is a soltion for viewing and paying existing invoices.
