Dear MongoDB Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report a significant issue I am experiencing with my MongoDB cluster, which is unfortunately hindering my project’s progress. Despite having subscribed to a paid plan and maintaining a relatively low number of requests, I am encountering noticeably slow performance. This has been a persistent issue, and I am eager to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
Here are the specifics of my current situation:
- Cluster Details:
- Cluster Tier: M10 (I have tried using the M20 and M50 also but the performance is same)
- Region: Mumbai
- Database Size: 10MB
- Nature of the Issue:
- Performance Degradation: The cluster is running significantly slower than expected.
- Frequency: The issue is persistent and not linked to any specific time of the day.
- Request Volume: The slowdown is occurring despite a minimal number of requests being made to the database.
- Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
- Monitoring: I have monitored CPU, memory, and network usage, and nothing seems to be at capacity.
- Indexing: I have ensured proper indexing of the collections, but the issue persists.
- Additional Information:
- Logs: Attached are the relevant logs that might help in diagnosing the issue. (attach the log files if possible)
- Screenshots: I have also attached screenshots showcasing the slow response times. (attach screenshots if possible)
I am quite concerned as this issue is affecting the performance and usability of my application. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist me in identifying the root cause and suggesting possible solutions to mitigate this problem.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon with insights or troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue.
