I am receiving alerts from my app service stating “An overall request rate limit has been hit”. The MongoDB cluster is an M10.
I have searched for M10 limits but all I’ve been able to find is limits for M0, M2 and M5 here.
How can I manage these alerts and increase the threshold?

I believe this is related to the Request Rate Limit rather than a limit on the cluster specifically. Can you try contact the Atlas support team via the in-app chat or raise a support case (as noted in the docs)?
