We were trying to start mongodb server on secondary node but it’s not started and due to that mongo db replication was not happening and delta data size was around 50GB compare to primary node.

Hi @veerendra_pulapa ,
You need to verify the logs for details of exact reason for the secondary not being able to catch-up , but I think the most probable is ot is got off the Primary oplog and therefore needs a full resync…
Please review our replication production guide to define a big enough oplog to avoid this task in the future…
