Replica set with 3 DB Nodes and 1 Arbiter

Dear Michael,

Thanks a lot for you response. What we thought is, if one DB node goes down,
In order to elect a Primary, there should be remaining 3 nodes right?
That means 2 DB nodes + Arbiter?

Correct me if im wrong
