Hi, the email I use to access mongodb university is the company one. Unfortunately I’m changing company and soon I won’t be able to use it to access the site anymore. Is there a way to change the email to replace the company one with a personal one? I’m asking so as not to lose access to badges/certifications and access to mongodb courses taken

Log into MongoDB University, go to your Profile Settings & look for the Account or Email Preferences section. If available, there should be an option to update your registered email.
After changing it, MongoDB usually sends a confirmation email to the new address, so make sure you complete that verification step.
Sometimes the platform locks the email field if your account was initially set up through SSO (Single Sign-On) via your company.
In that case, the best move is to open a support ticket directly with MongoDB Support Contact.
Make sure to take a screenshot or note down your certification IDs just in case you need to reference them during the support process. It is always good to have a backup!
