seems my realm cloud instance is down again: (since 9.00am the server is restarting every few minutes)

Thanks for flagging this issue. It looks like your instance (on the basic tier) has been suffering from memory and CPU pressure and this caused a number of restarts.
We have now applied some changes to help prevent these restarts from happening. Could you please confirm if you see any improvement from your end?
