Realm CLI Error parsing App Import request: encoding/hex: invalid byte: U+0068 'h'

Dear MongoDB team,

Trying to realm-cli import, but keep getting this error:

failed to import app: error: error parsing App Import request: encoding/hex: invalid byte: U+0068 ‘h’

Going through the files no errors, or unusual data types in it, why am I getting this ?
