I had trouble when i do exam on proctorU, after a few question, suddenly my timer paused, then i asked the proctor, they didnt reply me then disconnect, after that my account in proctoru cant access anymore. Pls recheck the exam platform and help me get back voucher or reschedule my session to do that. My session is 10PM GMT+7 13-04-2026.
