Package 'mongodb' has no installation candidate

I am following this guide: Create installer script for Debian/Ubuntu by TurtleIdiot · Pull Request #985 · Grasscutters/Grasscutter · GitHub

I was trying to find out why MongoDB error saying: Package 'mongodb' has no installation candidate didn’t exist or something in the same folder am I mistaken?
