What privileges you gave to m001-student at the time of creation of this user?
You can check from Atlas database access tab
If you are not sure drop the user create again with proper privileges as per the instructions

Welcome to the MongoDB Community forums

To create or modify a database user, please go to cloud.mongodb.com and go to the Database Access tab and make sure that your user has the readWriteAnyDatabase@admin access so you can read or write the data in your MongoDB database without any permission restriction error.

And if this is not the case please click on Edit button and change the Built-in Role to Read and Write to any Databases
