Mongoid 8.1.3 and 8.0.7 released

Mongoid 8.1.3 and 8.0.7 are patch releases that add support for Rails 7.1.

The following issues were fixed:

• MONGOID-5658 Fix callbacks for embedded
• MONGOID-5686 Fix array operations in update_all
• MONGOID-5647 Allow #count to be used with #for_js
